If you found us through Google Local Services (Google “Guaranteed/Screened” listings), this Site supports scheduling and communication. Project terms are always confirmed directly with you in writing.
When you contact us through the Site (including web forms), or call/text/email us, you authorize RME Builders to respond about your inquiry, scheduling, and service details.

Remodeling projects often depend on material lead times, inspections (where applicable), homeowner decisions, and jobsite access. We work hard to communicate timelines clearly and keep projects moving.
The scope is defined in writing. If you request additional work or changes, we may require a written change order before work continues.
Any work outside the original scope must be approved in writing (including pricing and timing) before it is performed. This protects both you and our team and helps prevent billing surprises.
While we strive for accurate, helpful information, the Site is provided “as is” and may not always reflect current availability, pricing, or real-time scheduling.
For permitting, inspections, HOA requirements, and code-related items, final requirements may depend on your city, jurisdiction, and the specific scope of the project.

If you apply to work with RME Builders as a subcontractor or trade partner, your submission is for qualification and vendor review only.
